The time crunches, stress level, and responsibility level are high for the compensation. I would feel better if the responsibility for the success of the company didn't feel like it was laid on heavily my shoulders day to day.

The parties are fun, engaging, and offer a good opportunity for playful laid back interactions with the team. The meetings are filled with laid back and inclusive conversation as well as jokes and light hearted fun. People also geek out on everyone and it's great to see people's interests shared.
