Commuter allowance (for when we return to regular commutes!). Private healthcare/dental. Great support for ensuring unexpected working from home set up was done well/ergonomically, desk, chair, screens etc.

The work I do has tangible impact on processes. I am trusted to be an expert in my field and feel heard in meetings. My colleagues value me.

Transparency and honesty in communications to the business. They care greatly about the mission of the company and make that clear. They still meet with candidates as part of the hiring process!

Commitment to creating (and building a more) inclusive environment. Recognition that mistakes happen and a very clear 'no-blame' culture/attitude. Spaces/groups for support based on personal identifiers/allyships such as LGBTQIA+, African diaspora, Parents etc.
