Mr. Jerrell W. Shelton, also known as Jerry, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of CryoPort, Inc. since November 5, 2012 and has been its Chairman of the Board since October 2015. Mr. Shelton serves as Advisor to Medley Capital LLC. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wellness, Inc. from June 2004 to May 2006. From November 2000 to June 2004, he served as visiting executive, Chief Executive Officer and Advisory Director for the Research Division of IBM's WebFountain. He has over thirty years of executive and corporate governance experience across several industries, including information services, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution. From November 1999 to August 2002, he consulted for several start-up companies, including Heart Center Online Inc., Pet Quarters Inc., Optical Processing and Technology Systems Inc., Telleo Inc. and CRE Technologies Inc. Prior to that, He worked with investment companies specializing in leveraged buyouts and served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of NDC Holdings II Inc. from October 1998 to October 1999 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Graphics Holdings Inc. from October 1996 to July 1998. From October 1991 to July 1996, He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Business Information Group. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Companies. He has been a Director of CryoPort, Inc. since October 22, 2012. He serves on the Smithsonian Institution Library Board. He served as a Director of Netratings Inc. from March 2004 to June 22, 2007. He served as a Director of Solera Holdings Inc. from May 16, 2007 to November 10, 2011. He serves as a Member of Executive Advisory Board of Healthcentersonline Inc. He has served on the boards of several public companies, including Advantage Companies and Tennessee Natural Resources. During his career he has also served on the boards of 25 private companies and 7 civic organizations. Mr. Shelton holds a BSBA degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Dr. Mark W. Sawicki, Ph.D., has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Cryoport, Inc., since January 2015. Dr. Sawicki served as Chief Business Officer of Cambridge Major Laboratories, Inc., since September 2013. He served as Vice President of Global Business Development at CMC Biologics A/S since September 10, 2012 and was responsible for realizing the full potential of the sales and marketing team. Dr. Sawicki has fifteen years of business development and sales management experience, having consistently delivered on corporate revenue and market share goals in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He served as the Vice President of Business Development for Europe Region at Albany Molecular Research Inc. (AMRI) since September 8, 2010 and served as its Director of Business Development since 2004. Dr. Sawicki was responsible for sales activities for AMRI discovery services in North America and Europe as Senior Director of Business Development. He serves as a Member of the Editorial Advisory at Pharmaceutical Outsourcing. He has more than a dozen publications in drug discovery and biochemistry. Dr. Sawicki holds Ph.D. in Structural Biology & Biochemistry and B.S. degrees in Biochemistry from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and conducted his graduate training at the Hauptman Woodward Medical Research Institute.

Mr. Robert S. Stefanovich, MS, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of CryoPort, Inc. since June 27, 2011 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. From June 15, 2012 to November 5, 2012, Mr. Stefanovich served as Principal Executive Officer of CryoPort Inc. From November 2007 to March 2011, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Novalar Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Stefanovich served in Europe and Japan, has extensive international experience in managing finance and administration for start-up and Fortune 500 hi-tech and biotech companies, both publicly traded and privately held. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Artemis International Solutions Corporation from September 27, 2002 to July 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Stefanovich served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Aethlon Medical Inc. from July 2001 to October 22, 2002. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Xcorporeal Inc. (also known as Pacific Spirit Inc.) from January 2, 2007 to August 10, 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until August 10, 2007 and Chief Financial Officer of Leidos Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as SAIC, Inc.). Mr. Stefanovich served as Vice President of Administration and Sector Controller for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and the SEC Reporting Manager for Raychem Corporation (acquired by Tyco International Ltd.). Mr. Stefanovich spent 5 years in public accounting and a Member of the Software Advisory Group and Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse LLP's (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) Hi-tech practice in San Jose, CA from 1992 to 1997. He held senior finance positions with both, public and privately-held technology companies. He serves as a Board Member of Project InVision International. He has been a Director of Software Made Easy Inc. since April 2007. He served as a Director of Interplay Entertainment Corp. from October 2003 to October 2004. Mr. Stefanovich holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Engineering from University of Darmstadt, Germany.

Mr. Bret Bollinger has been the Chief Technology Officer at CryoPort Inc. since September 15, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Operations since February 2008 until September 15, 2017. Mr. Bollinger has more than 17 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to the CryoPort Team. Mr. Bollinger has lead key production process improvements through value stream mapping techniques and he expects to implement these same successful techniques at CryoPort. His experience includes working and understanding the rigid standards of both ISO and Six Sigma operations. Mr.Bollinger was Director of Operations and Engineering for Triangle Brass Manufacturing from July 2003 to January 2008. He served as a Business Process Consultant for Vistant Corporation, a division of Cardinal Health from July of 2001 to July 2003 and as Operations and Order Fulfillment Manager for Ingersoll-Rand Safety and Security Sector, Falcon Lock Company from July 1999 to July 2001. Mr. Bollinger has an extensive background in manufacturing environments, including experience with opening both manufacturing and assembly plants domestically as well as in Mexico. In addition, he has experience in new product design and implementation. Mr. Bollinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sacramento State University.
