Work hard play hard. My boss expected numbers and to produce but i was fairly compensated. I had freedom in my day, but i had to produce a lot of reports and prove my whereabouts.

Benefits are less than spectacular. High deductibles.

Pretty ok. Depends who you work for. Plenty of work. Most departments are pretty stable. People work here for a lifetime pretty frequently.
