What do you like best about the leadership team?
The respect and understanding of what we need to do our job.
Store Manager is very patient and respectful yet professional. Creates a welcoming work Environment
They allow for lots of independence and autonomy, and give me a large budget and incentivization to work hard. It's fun!

Talking to you and not at you.
Fire the Sales Manager as soon as possibly ble!

Salary and commission is the best part

tuition reimbursement, great or okay for everything else.
The range of benefits offered are pretty good. They salary is lower than other tile companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid for everything that I sold with a better health plan
There is a disconnect between job description and salary

It is a very light hearted environment. People do their job but also have a good time.
We work together to get things done

ease to talk with hiring manager made it easy to thoroughly assess company for questions answered of position availability and duties required of position.
I already knew the people interviewing me.

When customers/client's are happy with selection and choices of materials purchased.
Positive work environment and they leadership
My ability to design, and plan my appointments.
