Mr. Gongda Yao has been Chief Executive Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. since August 2009. Mr. Yao served as Acting Chief Operating Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. from April 17, 2013 to June 30, 2014. Mr. Yao has an extensive experience in the electronic development and manufacturing industry. Prior to Daqo, Mr. Yao served as the Vice President and China General Manager for Applied Materials from October 2006 to July 2008. Mr. Yao served as Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Metal Business Unit of Novellus Systems from October 2005 to October 2006 and Vice President of Operations at Ciwest Semiconductor Company from April 2005 to October 2005. Before that, Mr. Yao worked for Applied Materials at various management positions for 11 years. Mr. Yao has been a Director of Daqo New Energy Corp. since August 2009. He holds more than 10 U.S. patents and has authored or co-authored more than 40 technical articles and papers. Mr. Yao received his Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1992, his Master's degree in Materials Science from Tongji University and the Chinese Academy of Science in 1984 and his Bachelor's degree in Theoretical Physics from Shanghai University of Science and Technology in 1982.

Mr. Shihua Su has been the Chief Marketing Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. since July 2015. Mr. Su served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. from May 1, 2015 to July 6, 2015. Mr. Su served as General Manager of Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Co., Ltd. since October 17, 2012. Mr. Su served as General Manager of Daqo New Energy Corp. since October 17, 2012 and served as Financial Controller. He joined Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Co., Ltd. in October 2006 and served as the Finance Director of Daqo New Energy. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. from November 2011 to February 1, 2012. He holds a master degree from Jiangsu University of Industrial Project Finance Management.

Mr. Qiangmin Zhou has been the Chief Technology Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. since March 1, 2016. Mr. Zhou served as Chief Operations Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. since June 30, 2014 until March 1, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from October 17, 2012 to April 17, 2013. Mr. Zhou joined Daqo New Energy in May 2007 and served as General Manager of the Polysilicon Business Group of Daqo New Energy. Mr. Zhou holds a bachelor's degree from Tianjin University of Science and Technology and an MBA degree from Chongqing University.

Mr. Ming Yang has been the Chief Financial Officer of Daqo New Energy Corp. since July 6, 2015. Mr. Yang has significant breadth of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, business development and corporate strategy. Mr. Yang served as Senior Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray Companies since March 14, 2007. He served as the Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Communications at JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since January 2009. He joined JA Solar in January of 2009. He has more than six years of experience working as a Wall Street buyside and sellside analyst, specializing in the renewable energy and semiconductor materials sectors. Mr. Yang was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in the cleantech and solar sectors. His work focused on such areas as corporate strategy, market strategy, performance management, risk management and growth initiatives. Most recently, he was an analyst covering the renewable energy sector at Coatue Management, a $2 billion hedge fund based in New York. Before that, he was vice president at Piper Jaffray for four years, as senior China research analyst covering solar energy and semiconductor materials, based in Shanghai. He served as Analyst at Piper Jaffray Companies, Research Division. Mr. Yang started his Wall Street career as an analyst at Dreman Value Management. Mr. Yang earned his Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance and Strategy from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Guangfu Xu has been the Chairman of Daqo New Energy Corp. since November 2007 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Xu is principally responsible for formulating our strategic development objectives. Mr. Xu has been the Chairman and General Manager of Daqo Group since January 1984 and holds directorship positions with 19 subsidiaries of Daqo Group. Mr. Xu joined Xinba General Company, the predecessor entity of Daqo Group, in 1966 and has been instrumental in building Daqo Group. He is a Member of the Ninth People's Congress of Jiangsu Province and the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Ninth Yangzhong City People's Congress. Mr. Xu was named a National Township and Village Entrepreneur by the Ministry of Agriculture of China in 2001 and 2002. Mr. Xu graduated from secondary school in 1960.
