Most of the people are friendly, the atmosphere in the company is held very vell by office administrators, they do their best

Because my compensation depends on the compensations of other people in the office, in my country, and even in the world. I think my work exceeds expectations, very productive, but because other people work and gain less, this is an argument to not increase my compensation

In most cases process of changing grade or compensation is closed - I can only get emails about current status and that's all. Also, last months the market has grown a lot and now my compensation does not match my level. Is it appropriate to ask a lot bigger compensation only because of market?

Situation on the market changed dramatically during this year: on the beginning I was paid very-very well, but the same price at the end of the year now is undervalued. Ofc I'll raise a review, but a little bit later, after New Year. This is not a fault of DA, I totally understand the situation
