Was great until about 2016. Once it was exposed that there was some funny business going on with the company's accounting, the CEO hastily leaving, and the company going private, everything of the company's "culture" went downhill fast. At lot of personnel information on this website is inaccurate

Executives need to stop telling lies. The company as a whole needs to stop over committing on goals and shrinking schedules which results in lower quality features/products and constantly kicking the goal future out.

Stop promoting "buddies" and start listening to the lower level workers when they ask for assistance. Stop having weekly meetings to repeat the same information because the managers below you are not the ones putting the data together. It is the QA folks that are doing most of the work.

We're a close knit team and care for each other. Everyone offers help when possible no one person is better than another. Now, this is among the team of folks you work with. When interacting with team members in other divisions or offices outside your location, it's a whole different story.

I've been with the company 12+ years and each year is the same when it comes to wage adjustments. The managers tell you there is no money so you should feel happy if you even get a 1% raise. I have never received a wage increase more than 2%. You get either a wage increase or a bonus, never both
