What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs to do better
Stop promoting "buddies" and start listening to the lower level workers when they ask for assistance. Stop having weekly meetings to repeat the same information because the managers below you are not the ones putting the data together. It is the QA folks that are doing most of the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay scale . Still it can be increased
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company 12+ years and each year is the same when it comes to wage adjustments. The managers tell you there is no money so you should feel happy if you even get a 1% raise. I have never received a wage increase more than 2%. You get either a wage increase or a bonus, never both
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a close knit team and care for each other. Everyone offers help when possible no one person is better than another. Now, this is among the team of folks you work with. When interacting with team members in other divisions or offices outside your location, it's a whole different story.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executives need to stop telling lies. The company as a whole needs to stop over committing on goals and shrinking schedules which results in lower quality features/products and constantly kicking the goal future out.

It's like being part of a 2nd family. Everyone usual helps one another and can joke around and chat with openness.
