Really good! I've loved working here, I love all my coworkers. I've grown more in this position than my past two jobs. I'm paid well and have a lot of equity. I'm hoping we can land some deals and really build something great here. Time will tell!

Not much need for lots of meetings, planning, drama, etc. We kind of just do our work and have fun and it works really well.

I know we're probably strapped for cash and not landing a ton of deals, but I feel pretty underpaid for the value I provide and the experience I have. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is more compensation lol.
