I had a great 20 years. I worked thru what was left of my youth to get on the top and it felt so gratifying to be an Estes man. Most of my clothes are Estes. My 25 year old daughter grew up with the big E. My family has been proud of my accomplishment at this company that I advertised every where

Nothing really anymore since the new supervisor came in and did nothing but change rules.

We work together in a hostile environment to get the trucks out on time. The supervisors all say something different. We employees who get the job done do it under duress do to the shouting at us and bad tempers.

Not fire a 20+ year employee for a mistake that was done worse by others and they didn't get fired. I bleed this company and because I'm at. $25.45 an hour I'm replicable by people I've trained the last 13 years. Out with the old is how I see things in this terminal. Allentown PA terminal.
