Open communication and transparency of objectives

They listen to you when you ask questions

We are griwing in a tough economy

They try to do their best

We are a team work well, together we all complement each others strong points

Ok, but could be better

Stays in touch with the team.

They make a effort to listen

I like the communication we have

Great attitude and very good.

Review from Operations Dept

They stay consistant all the time

They are focused on getting the job done

Plays favorites and likes to play games with people. Negative environment.

At Estes you are a means to an end. They pay you well but as an individual I am not sure if they care at all. I come here for the money and benefits. Best thing about management is when they leave you alone.

I can't say anything in particular I like about them

They Keep everyone informed if you listen to ESS

Review from Operations Dept

They do a pretty good job but could use some improvement

They will work with you and your schedule

Commitment, Energetic, and Consistent, Loyal

They are very uplifting a

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying their engineers more and providing more substantive benefits. The cost of living has gone significantly up and "free lunch" at the corporate office doesn't pay the bills

Stop hiring your random uneducated relatives and high school/college friends and placing them into upper management positions over jobs they have no clue how to do an have no interest in learning anything about.

Proper leadership in the dispatch department

Review from Operations Dept

Taking pride in their buildings and equipment

Transparency and truth with employees

Sensitivity training would be helpful

Keeping there word smoke and mirror tactics

Literally everything! Our TM is basically the equivilent of a shady used car salesman

Lack of all communication in each terminal

Actually being True Leaders! A True Leader does not lead from the front but instead leads from behind. To be the one to be able to see what actually is going on and correct it while observing the morale! You can not see where you need to go if you are always looking behind you!

Review from Operations Dept

New management and give there senior employees opportunities to grow and not promote because they kiss ass or family member with supervisor.

Treating each employee fairly and as equals no one is above anybody

Not fire a 20+ year employee for a mistake that was done worse by others and they didn't get fired. I bleed this company and because I'm at. $25.45 an hour I'm replicable by people I've trained the last 13 years. Out with the old is how I see things in this terminal. Allentown PA terminal.

Review from Operations Dept

Do their job the right way and stop leaving problems for the next person to fix

Everything, this is the worst company to work for they treat employees like garbage

Review from Operations Dept

Communication with their workers. Being more flexible with vacation time. Letting HR actually do their job.
