I like the way it was easy and fast

The interveiwing manager was casual yet professional.
Not good every one they hiring dont have a clue or dont even know how to drive a forklift

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not very user friendly. Filters out too many possible candidates due to the algorithm design set to look for a unicorn employee that would never work for these amateurs merely because they expect miracles for McDonalds money.
Judge applicants on performance, not on promises or prior experience.
