Estes Express Lines Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Nothing extraordinary about it. Just an interview

Review from Operations Dept

I like the way it was easy and fast

The communication through the hiring process.

Friendly and low-key. Repeat. Repeat.

It was informal and more relaxed

It was very thorough but understanding

Was happy that the individual was content with the abilities I have to offer for the position and happy that I was part of a New team and family to be with

I felt comfortable, like they wanted me

It was direct about the job description and what they were looking for

The nsmager explained job funtions in detail

There is not anything that is particularly good about the interview process

Made you feel good and were valued but then you realize after being there for some time you are just a number.

Review from Operations Dept

The interveiwing manager was casual yet professional.

Not good every one they hiring dont have a clue or dont even know how to drive a forklift

Easy going mgr whos willing to talk

Normal interview process. Very professional

The friendliness of the one that gave me the interview.

I interviewed with the terminal manager and he was very open straight forward I like that

Review from Operations Dept

I got hired 20 years 9 months ago

Review from Operations Dept

The fact that we could sit and talk as if we knew each other a couple years now.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Not very user friendly. Filters out too many possible candidates due to the algorithm design set to look for a unicorn employee that would never work for these amateurs merely because they expect miracles for McDonalds money.

Judge applicants on performance, not on promises or prior experience.

Review from Operations Dept

The communication is extremely low

Treat the prospective employees with respect and treat it as an interview not a interrogation
