Other than upper Management they are good people in a horrible, toxic situation that will work together as a team while being stabbed in the back by their director who would sell his own mother for a nickel.

We communicate with each other to find out whats new with the company its the only way we will find out anything

The manager just reads tge notes or yells at us at most meetings

Each group i guess works well amongst themselves but do nothing to help to overall greater good of the terminal.

Employees work together whenever under pressure.

We stock together no matter what comes our way. We're dedicated to the end.

We work together in a hostile environment to get the trucks out on time. The supervisors all say something different. We employees who get the job done do it under duress do to the shouting at us and bad tempers.
