Mr. Harald J. Wester has been the Chief Technology Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since September 2007. Mr. Wester served as the Head of Alfa Romeo and Head of Maserati at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since September 2011 until May 2016. He served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Austrian automotive industry supplier Magna Steyr (ANSA). He served as a Director of Fiat India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Wester obtained a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Braunschweig University.

Mr. Richard K. Palmer has been Chief Financial Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since September 2011. Mr. Palmer has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of FCA US LLC since June 2009. He has been Chief Operating Officer for Systems & Castings at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since January 1, 2016. His background ground includes: Automotive and manufacturing. He has been an Independent Director of LSC Communications, Inc since 2016 He served as an Independent Director of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company since January 9, 2013 until September 30, 2016. He served as a Director of Ferrari N.V. until October 2015. He served as a Member of the Group Executive Council at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of ICAEW (UK). Mr. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from University of Warwick (UK).

Mr. Michael Dahl has been Head of North American Vehicle Safety and Regulatory Compliance at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since December 1, 2015. Mr. Dahl served as Director of gasoline/diesel engine programs and global powertrain co-ordination and supervised the development of six new engines, including the 3.0-litre EcoDiesel V-6. He joined Fiat Chrysler in 1985 as part of the Chrysler Institute of Engineering program. He has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility with an emphasis on powertrain engineering, controls and electronics.

Mr. Kevin Flynn has been President and Managing Director of India Operations at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since February 3, 2015. He served as Director at CNH Industrial N.V. (formerly, Fiat Industrial SpA), IVECO Trucks Australia Limited and Teksid S.p.A. He is a Swiss Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Mauro Fenzi has been Chief Operating Officer of Systems at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. since April 1, 2015. Mr. Fenzi has been the Chief Executive Officer at Comau SpA since April 1, 2015. He served as a Vice President of Comau Robotics S.P.A. He served as a Vice President of Aerospace Business at Comau SpA. He joined Comau in 2001 and has held a variety positions with increasing responsibility, most recently as Head of NAFTA Region. He serves on the boards of The Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, Mich. and The Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital Regional Medical Center in Pontiac, Mich. At his alma mater, The College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit, Gilles serves on the advisory board of The School of Industrial Design and on The CCS Capital Committee. He has earned numerous academic and industry awards, including: The Michigan State University Eli Broad Graduate School of Management Young Alumni Achievement Award, The Automotive Hall of Fame Young Leadership & Excellence Award, NV Magazine Innovation Award, Black Engineer of the Year President's Award and N'Digo Foundation N'Design Award. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in industrial and Transportation Design from the Center for Creative Studies in 1992 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University in 2002.
