I think the company is headed in the right direction, but there are still changes that need to be made.
Lack of innovation; desire to maintain status quo; zero focus on employee engagement (Happy employees = happy customers which equals happy shareholders); shocking lack of process, problem triage , planning and execution. "We've always done it this way" attitudes are rampant.
The environment is good, there is no problem there.
