Mr. Matthew D. Rosen, also known as Matt, has been a Director of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. since May 2005 and its Chief Executive Officer since March 2006. Mr. Rosen served as President of the Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. from March 2006 until March 2008, as Chief Operating Officer from August 2003 to March 2006, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2002 to August 2003, as Executive Vice President and President of Global Operations from November 2000 to January 2002 and as President of US Operations from March 2000 to November 2000.

Mr. Marvin S. Rosen co-founded Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Rosen has been Chairman of the Board of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. since November 2004, Vice Chairman of the Board from December 1998 to November 2004 and has been a member of the Board since March 1998. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. from April 2000 to March 2006. In January 2014, he rejoined the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder specializing in corporate securities matters and also acted as Of Counsel for a number of years. Mr. Rosen was Finance Chairman for the Democratic National Committee from September 1995 to January 1997. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights and the Howard Gilman Foundation. Mr. Rosen served on the Board of Directors of Terremark Worldwide, Inc. from 2000 until 2011. He holds B.S. in Commerce from University of Virginia and an LL.B., from Penn State University-The Dickinson School of Law.

Mr. Philip D. Turits co-founded Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. in 1997 and has been Director since September 1997, Secretary since October 1997 and its Treasurer since March 1998. Mr. Turits served as Vice Chairman of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. from March 1998 to December 1998. From September 1991 to February 1996, Mr. Turits served as Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer for Larry Stuart, Ltd., a consumer products company and prior to 1991 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Chemical Company.

Mr. Gordon Hutchins, Jr., also known as Don, has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Hutchins served as Executive Vice President of the Company from December 2005 to March 2008 and as Acting Chief Financial Officer from January 2010 until April 2016. Mr. Hutchins served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SwissFone, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Hutchins served as President and Chief Executive Officer of STAR Telecommunications, Inc. Mr. Hutchins has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GH Associates, Inc. During his early career, Mr. Hutchins served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LDX NET, Inc., and held positions with MCI, McDonnell Douglas Corporation, and AT&T.

Mr. James P. Prenetta, Jr., also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. since June 3, 2014. Mr. Prenetta served as General Counsel of Hibernia Networks LLC, where he joined in 2009. Mr. Prenetta served as General Counsel of CVC Acquisition Co. (Ireland) Limited. He served as General Counsel at Hibernia Media, LLC, where he joined in 2009. From January 2015 to June 2017, Mr. Prenetta acted as Corporate Counsel to Fusion. From September 2009 to January 2017, Mr. Prenetta served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Hibernia NGS Limited and its various subsidiaries. He has been Counsel to the law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP since August 1999. Mr. Prenetta served as an Executive Vice President of Legal and Compliance of One Communications Corp. Mr. Prenetta was responsible for all legal and regulatory compliance matters. He served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of One Communications. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of CTC Communications Corporation since January 2004 to September 2009 and served as its Executive Vice President. He served as Senior Vice President of Viatel Holding (Bermuda) Ltd. (formerly Viatel Inc.) from March 2000 to May 2, 2003 and served as its General Counsel since August 1999 until May 2, 2003 and Vice President from August 1999 to March 2000 and Secretary from December 1999 to May 2, 2003. Prior to joining Viatel in August 1999, he served as a Partner in the corporate group of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP from January 1998 to August 1999, where he represented both corporations and underwriters in transactions involving SEC registered issues of debt and equity securities, including initial public offerings, shelf offerings, Rule 144A offerings, private placements and friendly tender offers. Prior to joining Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in November 1994, Mr. Prenetta was an Associate from November 1995 to January 1998. From September 1987 to November 1995, Mr. Prenetta was an associate at the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Prenetta has also served as special counsel to Columbia Ventures Corporation. Mr. Prenetta is admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut, New York and the District of Columbia and is a Member of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom. Mr. Prenetta received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut with a B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1984 and JD from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1987, where he was the student editor-in-chief of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy and a graduate of the Communications Law Institute.

Mr. Jonathan Kaufman, also known as Jon, has served as Chief Strategy Officer of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. since January 2015. Prior to assuming that position, Mr. Kaufman served as President, Business Services, from October 2012 until January 2015. From its founding until its sale in 2012, Mr. Kaufman served as Chief Executive Officer of Network Billing Systems. Prior to founding Network Billing Systems, Mr. Kaufman served as Chief Executive Officer of Target Telecom Inc., a telecommunications service company that he founded in 1984.

Brian George is Senior Vice President of Network Engineering and Systems at Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc.

Mr. Michael Adams serves as the Senior Vice President of Carrier Services at Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. Before joining Fusion, Mr. Adams served as a Director of International Carrier Sales for Sakon, a next generation voice services company. Previous to Sakon, Mr. Adams held the District Sales Manager position at Viatel, Inc., a global facilities-based telecommunications company, where he managed large corporate customers such as Prudential, Credit Suisse, First Boston and Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to that, he opened and developed the Wall Street business sector for TotalTel, Inc. (now known as CoVista Communications, Inc.). Mr. Adams began his telecommunications career at Global Crossing, Inc., where he was a National Sales Manager, acquiring and managing Fortune 1000 customer accounts. Mr. Adams has an extensive background in the telecommunications industry with more than a decade in executive and sales management positions.

Ms. Lisa Taranto has been Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. since August 6, 2015 and January 2014 respectively and served as its Vice President of Finance and Accounting since January 2014 until August 6, 2015. Ms. Taranto leads the Accounting and Financial Operations organization for Fusion. She has over 25 years of financial management experience in the communications industry and has been in her current role at Fusion and its predecessor companies since 2006. Ms. Taranto has a strong expertise in all areas of financial operations, including revenue management and billing, network cost accounting, financial reporting, planning and treasury management. At Fusion, she has been instrumental in implementing a detail oriented, analytical and metrics based approach to integrating financial and operational results in support of Fusion's business objectives. From May 2003 to April 2005, Ms. Taranto held senior financial management roles at AirGate PCS (a Sprint Company), where she built the company's settlements operations organization and held a position on the Company's external controls and disclosures committee. In her career, Ms. Taranto held executive management roles at MCI/Verizon Business, where she led the Global Financial Operations and IT Revenue Systems organizations. Ms. Taranto served as Vice President, Finance and Accounting for Broadvox, LLC and from January 2006 to January 2011 served as Vice President, Accounting and Financial Operations for Cypress Communications.

Ms. Dina Bonnevie serves as President of Fusion Philippines at Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. Ms. Bonnevie served as Director of Marketing and Business Development Asia of iFreedom Communications International Limited since July 2004. As President of White Wings, Inc., Production Company, Ms. Bonnevie developed programs to fund concerts and local specials. She held a partner position with Trans-Star Shipping Agency Corporation, as Director of Finance and Marketing for 13 years. Serving for 10 years as Human Resources Director in addition to traveling the world developing joint venture partnerships, Ms. Bonnevie has considerable experience in Marketing and Communications. A graduate from the University of the Philippines, Ms. Bonnevie has been an award-winning participant of the Arts since 1981. With a degree in Mass Communication, she has led several companies into worldwide distribution.
