Mr. Diego A. Rotsztain has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. since January 2011 and has been its Head of Corporate Development since 2012. Mr. Rotsztain oversees the GAIN Capital Holdings's legal function. He was most recently a partner at Mayer Brown in New York. He provide counsel on transactions, capital market activities, securities law, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining GAIN Capital Holdings in January 2011, he was a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was responsible for leading capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions for global companies. Prior to Mayer Brown, he worked in Davis Polk & Wardwell's Capital Markets Group and began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable David G. Trager in the Eastern District of New York. He also act as corporate secretary and support the board and its committees. Mr. Rotsztain received his J.D. with honors from Columbia University School of Law where he served on the Law Review. He received a B.A. degree in economics from Tufts University.

Ms. Samantha Roady serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President at GAIN Capital Group, LLC. Ms. Roady has been the President of Retail of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc since March 2016 and served as Chief Commercial Officer since September 2013 until March 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President and served as its Chief Marketing Officer since August 2006. Ms. Roady served as the Chief Marketing Officer of GAIN Capital Group, LLC. She oversees GAIN Capital Group's global sales and marketing strategy, including direct sales, advertising and brand management, client acquisition and marketing and corporate communications. She is responsible for GAIN's worldwide marketing and communications strategies and manages its tactical marketing programs, including on- and off-line advertising, media and analyst relations, direct response initiatives, promotions and events. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc from November 1994 to October 1999, Ms. Roady served as Director of Marketing for Fnx Limited, a privately-held provider of trading and risk-management solutions to the international financial community.She has extensive experience marketing products and services in the financial services IT arena. From September 1999 to August 2006, Ms. Roady served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Marketing at Gain Capital Group, Inc. Ms. Roady joined GAIN Capital in October 1999 from FNX Limited, where she served as Director of Marketing for the international trading and risk management systems provider from November 1994 to October 1999. In that role, she directed all marketing communications activities worldwide, as well all marketing initiatives related to joint ventures and industry alliances. She served as a Director of Andera, Inc., since September 2010. She is registered with the CFTC and NFA as a Principal. Ms. Roady graduated from James Madison University with a BA in International Affairs.

Mr. Alastair Hine has been Chief Operating Officer at GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. since November 06, 2017. Mr. Hine joined GAIN Capital from IG Group, where he spent the last 18 years in senior leadership roles in technology, marketing and operations, including Chief Information Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and most recently, Chief Innovation Officer. Mr. Hine holds BA from the University of Durham.

Mr. Nigel Rose has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. since October 1, 2015. Mr. Rose served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of Executive Board at City Index Limited. He served as Group Finance Director at GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of City Index Holdings, Inc. since 2010. He joined City index Limited from Rank Gaming Group plc following its acquisition of Blue Square, where he served as Finance Director for over nine years. Prior to this, he held various senior positions in telecoms, media and broking. Mr. Rose received a BSc 1st class with honors in Agricultural Economics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Evangelos Tzoulafis serves as the Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO) of GAIN Capital. Evangelos started at GAIN Capital in April of 2015. Evangelos currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Sherry Bruce serves as the Chief Compliance Officer & AML Officer of GAIN Capital. Sherry started at GAIN Capital in February of 2016. Sherry currently resides in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area.

Michael Frey serves as the Director, Compliance of GAIN Capital. Michael started at GAIN Capital in April of 2015. Michael currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
