Aside from the amazing people I work with, I'm genuinely happy about growing in my career field. I've only been here for a month, and I feel like I've grown and learned so much about SEO. Every day, I feel so excited to learn something new!

Everyone likes to have fun! There's a variety of different personalities, which I think is so important for a diverse workplace environment. Also, the Slack channels offer safe places for people to explore their hobbies and interests with like minded individuals. There's a sense of community here.

The leadership team at GR0 is by far the most supportive team I've ever worked under. It's very clear they care about their employees and want to see them be the best they can be in their roles. I'm not just another number to them, and I feel like a valued team member.
