Flash sale is growing. Hiring replacements and backfills is a huge problem.

CEO is currently occupied with another leadership role at a partner company. The leader is unable to provide 100% of his focus to HauteLook. He is letting the company implode.

Weekend and after hours work is expected. There are numerous employees who has worked for 48 hours straight with no extra compensation. State Labor laws have been breached mutliple times.
