Awful customer service. No loyalty to customers. Fake products.
The company sent the wrong product to me. There is no effort to apologize, empathize, or to even make an effort to ensure the customer gets the right product. All the representatives care about is to get the product back. I am requesting to either get the right product or get refunded.
Customer service is terrible and the worst out of all companies in the world
Close down. They have the worst customer service I have ever experience. They are thieves.
