What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No leadership. You’re on your own. Get fired without cause
Start by being visible at my location with relavent followup to employee concerns. No more electronic info where it dictates changes need to be made but they don't tell you how, and local come management team say it can't be done because their bosses say no.
Better communication is necessary between upper management at the job site and upper management within Sodexo as a whole
We need to work well together!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lower than industry average but not by too much

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay scale ranges are hidden. No one rarely gets a meaningful raise that is at least equal to the annual cost of living increases and increases in cost for employee insuance
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're very intelligent and come up with great plans.\n
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everybody is in it for themselves. No team spirit
Unorganized, lack of work ethic, and lazy. They only do the minimum.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we have a postitive relationship with the executives at the company we are contracted with
