Their interview process took so long.
What I appreciated most about the entire interview process was how fast it went and how informed I feel about every step of the way. What i did not lit was the 3.5 hour panel interview that wasn't an actual panel interview, but four individual back-to-back interviews. Everyone asked similar question
They were super communicative and transparent. They offered a lot of support and genuinely cared about me as a candidate. They were all super nice and great people to talk to!

Core working hours of 9-4, if you need to WFH sometimes that's usually not a problem. If you work a lot during off hours, most managers allow you to flex your time. Just about getting the work done.
