The work space is nice and inviting. I notice Honest has an issue with employee retention. Employees are staying for short periods of time. Compensation is not within the competitive market salaries. Overall, it's a good place to work

Honest has provided me with the best corporate experience in my career thus far. The company culture is inclusive and vibrant and I'm fortunate to work for this purposed-based company in the beautiful office in Playa Vista. I feel empowered as an employee, ERG leader and an individual.

Honestly, they think he is a bit smarmy
CEO is new. Everyone's intrigued, but he has already had quite a few communications gaffes. So far he's promising, but not super exciting.
How's the work life balance at The Honest Company?
there is no work life balance
Very manageable. Hour are flexible. During the week hours tend to be on the longer side, but with good planning they can be reduced. Weekend work is very rare, except on major releases maybe 2-3 times a year.

Take faster action when issues are identified. Especially pat more attention into breakdown of processes that cause a lot of internal friction and wasteful overhead. Fix or reduce processes that cause communications failures. Imorove up-down and cross departamental communication and expectations setting. Try to generate more startup-y excitement.
