Being able to help pts in any situation and other PSR team members. I enjoy helping people and be able to expand their knowledge so they are able to better do their role in return with more knowledge.

Everyone is from differng areas of the US, some of our team members do different things within heartland. Theres never anything said that could even be derogatory or taken anyway. We are all treated equally no matter who it is

I like that we have a support system within our team and able to discuss if having an off day, talk about plans, share information about work and personal with no judement and everyone on our team is engaged with any convo

Being able to see exactly what your job would be and listening to another team member handle calls and pts first hand and have the real experience prior due. It makes a difference in seeing vs thinking a out the job and requirments.
