Its an average company below average benefits.

They hold back dental claims so I do not get paid what they owe me

Being with Heartland Dental PSR department has been the best company by far also best coworkers ive had the pleasure in meeting. Everyone is always willing to help and never hesitate to do so.

Excellent, great team amd always learning and growing

As a dentist, this is a great company to work for. I worked on my own for 15 years, then another corporate group for 8 years. I have been with Heartland for 2 years now, and have never been happier. If you work hard, you are rewarded. The tech that is provided is amazing.

They are always there to help and encourage you.

I like that we have a support system within our team and able to discuss if having an off day, talk about plans, share information about work and personal with no judement and everyone on our team is engaged with any convo

The support is there. Any issue that needs to be addressed is addressed by someone who has expertise in that area. There are departments for everything.

Company Life balance with regards to PTO

The best oart about benefits is you have multiple chose. You dont have to just take what they give you.

The health insurance, copays are set amount but you can pick between different plans during open enrollment that better works for you and/or your family.

The better you manage your own practice, the more you are paid. The bonus system cannot be beaten.

Stock ownership is my favorite

401k, dental coverage for family, cacation pay

Market value or higher for management, better bonuses, and a focus on retaining their management roles.

Everyone is from differng areas of the US, some of our team members do different things within heartland. Theres never anything said that could even be derogatory or taken anyway. We are all treated equally no matter who it is

5 p.m. and Fridays and lunch.

The RDO sets the culture of the region.

Out office is diverse and it is a good thing.

The atmospher was comfortable, they ask real world questions.

Being able to see exactly what your job would be and listening to another team member handle calls and pts first hand and have the real experience prior due. It makes a difference in seeing vs thinking a out the job and requirments.
