What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is from differng areas of the US, some of our team members do different things within heartland. Theres never anything said that could even be derogatory or taken anyway. We are all treated equally no matter who it is

5 p.m. and Fridays and lunch.

The RDO sets the culture of the region.

Out office is diverse and it is a good thing.

Friendly coworkers, good dentists, flexible

You have to be nice to work here, and that shows in the culture. People are always willing to help one another succeed, learn, and grow. There's no backbiting here.

You can just feel the energy in this organization.
