Mr. Kevin D. Hester has been the Chief Lending Officer of Home Bancshares, Inc. (Conway, AR) since 2010. Mr. Hester serves as Chief Lending Officer and Director of Centennial Bank. He serves as Chairman of First State Bank, Arkansas and North Little Rock Bancshares, Inc., North Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Allison serves as Chairman at Centennial Bank. He served as Chairman of First National Bank of Conway from 1983 to 1998. He has been a Director of Lodgian Inc. since August 2008 and Belmont Homes, Inc. since October 1995. He served as a Director of First Commercial Corporation from 1985 (when First Commercial acquired First National Bank of Conway) to 1998. He serves as a Director of Twin City Bank, a subsidiary bank of North Little Rock Bancshares Inc., he also serves as a Director of Marine Bank in Marathon, Florida; Bank of Mountain View; Community Bank; and Russellville Bancshares, Inc. in Russellville, Arkansas. Mr. Allison served as a Director of Cavalier Homes Inc. from 2000 to September 2, 2004.

Mr. Brian S. Davis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Home Bancshares, Inc. (Conway, AR) since July 2015. Mr. Davis served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Home Bancshares, Inc (Conway, AR) from January 2010 to July 8, 2015 and its Investor Relations Officer from 2006 to July 8, 2015.
