Mr. Kevin D. Hester has been the Chief Lending Officer of Home Bancshares, Inc. (Conway, AR) since 2010. Mr. Hester serves as Chief Lending Officer and Director of Centennial Bank. He served as a Director of First Commercial Corporation from 1985 (when First Commercial acquired First National Bank of Conway) to 1998. He serves as a Director of Twin City Bank, a subsidiary bank of North Little Rock Bancshares Inc., he also serves as a Director of Marine Bank in Marathon, Florida; Bank of Mountain View; Community Bank; and Russellville Bancshares, Inc. in Russellville, Arkansas. Mr. Allison served as a Director of Cavalier Homes Inc. from 2000 to September 2, 2004.

Mr. Brian S. Davis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Home Bancshares, Inc. (Conway, AR) since July 2015.
