Leadership communicates well and often asks if we need anything. We also meet to touch base weekly as a national marketing team.
Insurance is very straight forward, we are offered solid plan options, and the insurance does not take an outrageous chunk of each paycheck.
The best part is time flexibility. I can attend doctors appointments on weekdays - which is no small thing to me. I can work around life. There are limitations, but the time flexibility is awesome.
Company culture is definitely reflective of the dress code: "Dress for Your Day." If you're not meeting with clients and/or various important people, you can dress in nice jeans, plain t-shirt, and tennis shoes. It's absolutely wonderful.
