Obvious interest in their employees, Erica and Scott have both been very supportive, guiding factors in my onboarding. Michael and Brandi are both very keen to making a positive difference to their teams.

Just everything. Being work from home, the fact that I can set the schedule and pace of most days, the culture of my team(s), knowing the work is well valued and compensated. Management is guiding, but not overbearing.
