Loved it. spent 4 years growing and improving as an individual because of this job. never thought i'd be a manager or move up in the company but so many people believed in my potential and pushed me past my comfort zone. very grateful for this job despite the downsides.

i wish they offered more sick pay. Or some kind of PTO for long-term employees.

caring, willing to help every individual employee grow. My personal managers have always been very calm under pressure and have displayed a true example of what that looks like under stress. Most of my managers and supervisors have been very personable and passionate about the job.

feeling like i got a job well done. i felt so satisfied after a day of work when i was able to leave work feeling like i got everything done on time. I loved knowing that my work would be appreciated the next day by my coworkers.

i worked as the interviewing manager for a year and a half. loved every second of it. The only downside is when we would get busy and lowstaffed during an interview and we would have to reschedule. Made me feel horrible for sending people home but our business came first.
