I enjoy my work and feel fairly compensated/challenged. The overall culture/environment has declined in the years I have been here. It suits me for now, but I am not sure about the future.

We complain a lot, but in general, work together to get the job done. We also look out for each other safety-wise. I do not dread going to work.

Well, the interview process has changed a lot since then, and not for the better. My interview was thorough and informative for both myself and the people doing the interview. Several years later, the hiring process we have now seems broken.

We are understaffed and turnover is high. HR has been abysmal and has equally high turnover. Pay is lagging for the strength of the economy. Bonus size is insignificant compared to the amount of overtime put in. I've worked in worse places, though.
