Room for creativity, busy but in a good way, not so stressful as to cause anxiety.
For the most part it was good, minus a few things like pay and the "overtime" pay. I do not believe employees are treated as fairly as they should be. Especially closing stores down and only giving a week notice and no severance pay.
Some of it is up and down do to the fact i was hired for a certain part but then someone else who was there after i was hired got the position instead
I feel alone and no one has my back. I am not the problem, my store has a lot of corrupted things going on and no one cares on a higher up form
It’s good but this new company that bought lids have messed everything up and they don’t pay you on time all
