Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As previously stated Ive been cheated out of two manager positions for no good reason other than the manager wants to bring his buddy on board and give him what is supposed to be mine
I am constantly being harassed by my boss with no guidance.i have had to train myself.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sick of this BS manager
Every conference call can literally be an email all the DM talks about is numbers and personal stuff like how he doesn’t like his mother in law no one cares about that have substantial conversations where the call actually felt accomplish
Get better management who treats their employees with the same respect that they require.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its about the customer mainky
That they're always open to availability regardless of staff
Consistently motivation on incentives, bonuses, opportunity of growth.

Hiring a better DSM who isn't lazy or goes mad with power

They will hire anybody desperate for a job and who knows nothing about lids. We found 5 people and they all quit in under a month.
