Actualky recruit qualifed people for role
They will hire anybody desperate for a job and who knows nothing about lids. We found 5 people and they all quit in under a month.

Ask if they actually know anything about the teams there selling to better help the client. COMMON SENSE, dear god. It's not hard to sell a hat but come on know the team
