Overall, it is a pretty inclusive package. Medical, dental, vision, stock options, work from home Fridays, unlimited PTO, catered lunches, flexible work schedules, mgmt. constantly promoting a good work/life balance from, and a fair salary. Most balanced compensation package I have ever had.
