I love our leadership and I work for a social impact company. I am to help build things while improving things at the same time. I am able to learn and grow with the company.

For the most part everyone wants everyone to win and is there to support one another best we can. We work hard and like to have fun. When mistakes are made we learn from them and move on.

The different departments, Product, Marketing, Engineering, all work together and huddle when needed to tackle a task.

Engineering leadership has been focused on growing headcount rather than focusing on improving how teams work better. ICs need to be empowered by giving more ownership, rather that diluting ownership by throwing more people into projects of limited scope.
