What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits and flexible PTO

I love the flexible PTO as it allows me to take time off without jumping through a bunch of hoops. It's also guilt-free and encouraged.

Overall, it is a pretty inclusive package. Medical, dental, vision, stock options, work from home Fridays, unlimited PTO, catered lunches, flexible work schedules, mgmt. constantly promoting a good work/life balance from, and a fair salary. Most balanced compensation package I have ever had.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all very collaborative. We share ideas and credit, and we help each other when the workload is unbalanced.

My team is interactive and supportive. We communicate many times throughout the day on whatever topic or issue is going on.

My team is highly engaged and our leader communicates expectations clearly. Another noteworthy point is my team leader is ALWAYS teaching and sharing knowledge, which a price tag cannot be placed on the value that provides.

Hearing stories of how we impacted the lives of our customers because they were able to locate a loved one after an accident or an elderly member of the family wandered off.
