He has been with Towers Watson since May 2000 and served as its Managing Counsel, commercial, for the Americas region from January 2010 to November 2012. Mr. Wilford H. Fuller, also known as Will, serves as the President of Annuity Solutions - Lincoln Financial Distributors and Lincoln Financial Network at Lincoln National Corporation. In his role as President of the Annuity Solutions business, Mr. Fuller is responsible for all aspects of strategic leadership, product development and profitability management for the company's market-leading annuities products. Additionally, he leads distribution and sales strategy for Lincoln Financial Distributors, Lincoln's wholesale distribution business for its Annuities, Small-Market Retirement Plan Services, Life and Long-Term Care solutions. Mr. Jason Key serves as the Vice President and Head of Consultant Relations for Lincoln's Retirement Plan Services Business at Lincoln National Corporation. Mr. Key served as the Head of Business Development for Institutional Retirement Distribution at Lincoln National Corporation since August 2014. Mr. Key is responsible for leading the business development efforts and helping the team build lasting relationships with national and regional independent registered advisor firms, and advisors in broker dealer and consulting firms. He was a Business Development Director supporting the South and Midwest regions of the country at Lincoln National Corporation. He has more than 14 years of financial services experience and has been with Lincoln's retirement business since 2002. During his tenure at Lincoln, he's held a variety of roles supporting the business including Head of Communication and Education for the Southern and Western regions of the country. Prior to joining Lincoln, he worked at Wall Street Capitol and New York Life in sales and client relationship management positions. He holds a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) and holds Series 6 and 63 licenses. He is also Program Committee Chair for the Southern Employee Benefits Conference (SEBC).

Mr. Carey Hobbs serves as Head of Market Risk Management and Senior Vice President of Lincoln National Corporation. Mr. Hobbs served as Head of Variable Annuity Risk Management and Vice President at Lincoln National Corporation since July 20, 2015. He is responsible for overseeing strategy development, technology and the day-to-day management of the hedge program. He joins Lincoln Financial from Voya Financial (formerly, ING U.S. Financial Services), where he most recently served as the Head of Market Risk Management. Mr. Hobbs joined Voya in 2006 as the head of Japan Hedging and Performance Management and later became the Head of Quantitative Derivative Strategies. Mr. Ralph Ferraro has been Head of Product and Senior Vice President for Retirement Plan Services Business at Lincoln National Corporation since April 25, 2016. At Lincoln, Mr. Ferraro executes on the strategic vision of the RPS business, ensuring the effective implementation, integration and execution of specific plan initiatives. He also manages the RPS suite of products and provide thought leadership that both drives the development of new and enhance existing, retirement products. significant experience in the retirement industry, including product development, risk management and stable value product knowledge.
