Mr. Jason Key serves as the Vice President and Head of Consultant Relations for Lincoln's Retirement Plan Services Business at Lincoln National Corporation. Mr. Key served as the Head of Business Development for Institutional Retirement Distribution at Lincoln National Corporation since August 2014. Mr. Key is responsible for leading the business development efforts and helping the team build lasting relationships with national and regional independent registered advisor firms, and advisors in broker dealer and consulting firms. He was a Business Development Director supporting the South and Midwest regions of the country at Lincoln National Corporation. He has more than 14 years of financial services experience and has been with Lincoln's retirement business since 2002. During his tenure at Lincoln, he's held a variety of roles supporting the business including Head of Communication and Education for the Southern and Western regions of the country. Prior to joining Lincoln, he worked at Wall Street Capitol and New York Life in sales and client relationship management positions. He holds a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) and holds Series 6 and 63 licenses. Mr. Carey Hobbs serves as Head of Market Risk Management and Senior Vice President of Lincoln National Corporation. Mr. Hobbs served as Head of Variable Annuity Risk Management and Vice President at Lincoln National Corporation since July 20, 2015. He is responsible for overseeing strategy development, technology and the day-to-day management of the hedge program.
