I started at Lineage about a year ago. So far I have really enjoyed my coworkers and the culture. They seem to really strive to make it a positive work environment. My leadership is approachable and I have already received one fairly nice raise.

Overall package is pretty good for compensation. Insurance is good and the 401k is decent.

They listen. I see my leaders all the time and they ask what they can do to help me get my stuff done. I like that about them.
