What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part out of our compensation package is our health insurance, dental and vision.
Very fair. Everyone could use lower deductibles but the market is tough.
Everyting it help pay m bills
Medical coverage is affordable and decent.
Overall package is pretty good for compensation. Insurance is good and the 401k is decent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mistreatment from management and belitting, manipulation, harrassing, and hostility with my direct manager. A proper pay for my role in the position applied, pay was never negotiated before a offer letter was drafted and asked to accept.
There is cost of living adjustment, and the Paid time off is lack luster. The health benefits are expensive and no paid time off for family leave, maternity, adoption, or bonding. A company this large should provide comparable benefits to the other similar companies in size, industry, and revenue.
Get paid for hours worked salary is poor
They have a bit of favoritism and I would like to be making at least 40000/year.
I've never even been given health insurance benefits

Hard working and honestly invested in quality of work
We're a safe, amazing production team.
Communication, loyalty and working together to get our job done with 100% accuracy. . Our window crew/traffic clerks work together to support our warehouse crew to the best of our ability.

Different managment to run the company overall within our main facility.
Better pay, and more qualified employees.

What I liked most about my interview process was the honesty.
Interviewing with upper management indicates their stake in their employees.

Have fewer people in the room
Have the interview last more than 5 mins, and not in a common area of the building. Maybe the GM needs a refresher on interviewing.

Engaging with my co-workers, Leadership and mostly our drivers. Listening and assisting drivers to a smile is always my goal.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very hostile, aggressive, and rude customer service to our clients. Team members are being informed to be short with customers, provide only the minimum customer service and be short with customers, and if they have any quetions to relay them all in writing, and not to speak with any customers.
Too much focus on profits and less on customer satisfaction
