I've been working at Luxoft for the last 6 years and I am very happy to be here. The company cares about its employees, cares about work-life balance, the health care offered is one of the best on the market, the salary is honest. What is also important: my direct and line managers are very nice.

Every employee is respected and a lot of attention is put on that.

They have a human approach, don't just see you as a number. Of course they require results but that is quite natural. The important is there is no mobbing, no mistreating and quite direct and effective feedback. Compared to other companies it is really a big plus.
