Malwarebytes has failed to timely execute on their plans making equity less desirable. Many restructures and changes in plan cause confusion and low morale. There are allot of great things about the company, but alot of people are moving on to other things after being here for years.

What do you value most about this brand?

The excellent service!The employees are so duplicitous and knowledgeable.

What can this brand most improve?

Customer service. Answer the e-mails and re-open the mailboxes you closed. MP used to be a responsive company but not now. Stop chasing down people's credit cards to charge them when they do not want your product.
