What do you like best about the leadership team?
Completely open and honest communication. While it may not always be the most timely, it is 100% honest which I appreciate more than quick communication that leaves out things.
Straightforward and not detached from the workfloor

Very approachable. Willing to talk to anyone at any level of the organization. Open to new ideas and criticism/feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance is one of the best. 3% matching 401k is awesome too.
Our medical plan is fantastic! I've worked many places, and this is the best, by far, hands down, which allows me to contribute more to my 401K. Every little bit helps!
Nice salary, awesome stock options and 100% benefits paid by employer, 401k matching.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We really are a team. Have each other's back when it's needed
Diverse team with multiple roles working together to build the product.
My team is no nonsense and go getting. Love them!
Our team works fine as individuals but even better as a team
Good culture, not a toxic place to work. Fun people, positive environment, not expected to just work all the time. Can get a beer in the cantina or play ping pong during office hours and no one will judge.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pre-COVID, what I loved most was our gatherings to celebrate big and small milestones, national holidays and our wins. We still gather, though Zoom isn't quite the same.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clear direction from management. Ownership off products at an executive level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the quick, 30-minute sessions. Everyone came in with a different question, and I didn't feel like I had to repeat myself. The time flew by!

What makes you most happy at work?
Having the freedom to plan my own work. As long as everything gets done I have a lot of freedom
Collaboration with teammates both in development and QA.
I love that I get to do what I love. And I'm appreciated for bringing my ideas, and allowed to execute on them.
The space is amazing, lots of places to get away for a bit. I can go find a couch to read a book. My team is awesome so I look forward to going to work.
