The team seemed to work together until the demeanor started to go down consistently to the point that everyone seemed to work against each other.

You are always undervalued here. No matter what you do or how hard you work you can never ever complete the amount of work they expect.

Honesty about the training you really don't receive. I was not able to be face to face with the GM at the interview it was by phone.

The most positive thing about the culture is the customers that come in the door to pay or obtain loans. You tend to build great relationships with new people.

Management is terrible. Constant smoke breaks, terrible demeanor, you are not valued at all. There is not a lot of training you are just expected to pick it up and run with it.
