The franchise owner, Rhiannon Bransford only cares about her money and has no interest in assisting her employees or clients. Whenever you try to talk with her about a concern, she is very disrespectful and hostile. The environment is so unprofessional and dreary.
Was hired based on an ad for an assistant manager for full time. Found out after I got hired that it was for a front desk position and I didn't get full time hours. The manager kept cutting my hour. One week I didn't even get 25.

The fact that I know my professional standards exceed the companies and that I maintain that, and will continue to do so in my own private office. It really makes me appreciate the training I've had compared to the others.

Very. It's challenging to not cause waves when the cleanliness lacks so much that the local governing and state board would shut them down in a heart beat.

Love my clients enjoy doing what i do. But lack of motivation to work hard for a company that can careless about us

There are the haves and have nots. Leaders make too much money while the ones actually doing the work make nothing and work long hours.
our franchise owned me is low in moral as he get the big bucks and pays us peanuts and continually figuring out different way to our raises we earn.
