  • It’s only going to get worse. OKC is already the most underpaid hospital in the city. Then all the incentives are gone. Now they are going back the last 5 months and NOT matching our 401k any more. Now they are forcing unsafe low staffing.

  • Every day is expected to be my last. Mercy frequently eliminates positions. Why not make an effort to transfer staff into another position? Why make your dedicated staff fear losing everything? Why not find ways to save money by actually listening to staff input?
