Mr. Bryan Wulfsohn, CFA serves as a Senior Vice President at MFA Financial, Inc. From 1997 to 2006, she served as a First Vice President of Financial Reporting and served on the Disclosure, Corporate Benefits and Sarbanes-Oxley Committees for Independence Community Bank Corp. From 1992 to 1997, Ms. Hanrahan held various positions, including Controller, with North Side Savings Bank. Ms. Hanrahan began her career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick (predecessor to KPMG LLP). Ms. Hanrahan is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University.

Mr. Stephen D. Yarad has been the Chief Financial Officer of MFA Financial, Inc. since September 21, 2010. Mr. Yarad served as a partner for KPMG LLP based in New York in the firm's financial services audit practice. Mr. Yarad is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in both New York and New Jersey.
